Today marks the 14th anniversary of the 2001 terror attack.  Please take a moment to remember those who lost their lives and loved ones on this day.

肉馅:猪绞肉 0.5 磅 


葱两根,姜末1小勺,料酒,老抽酱油,生抽酱油,糖适量。少许白胡椒粉调味。 葱先加一大勺水,揉出葱汁。绞肉内加入料酒、生抽、老抽、糖、葱汁、姜末,白胡椒粉等,用筷子向一个方向搅拌,搅上劲后放冰箱冷藏半个小时以上。



TIPS: 苏式鲜肉馅要调得偏甜口,如果觉得馅比较干,要再适量打进一点水或鸡汤,这样月饼馅才会有肉汁渗出。调好后可以取一点点馅,微波炉高火加热二三十秒,尝试下味道,进行调整。
